Different Modes or options?

i would like to have my server like some of the other servers iv seen were when the zombie knifes a player the turn into a zombie, is there a way to make the mod do this and is there a way to allow rifles?

you have zombie horde installed completly the wrong mod for these forums
Zombie server: 136 maps, 36 slots, fast download, Intelebot, Anti spawn camping!
