gore mod v3.2.3.0 crashes server instantly

Post subject: gore mod v3.2.3.0 crashes server instantly

I am trying to run a windows dedicated server of CS:S through steam. I followed all the instructions to install latest meta mod and gore mod. When i input "meta load addons/goremod/bin/goremod_mm" into the server console, the seccond i press enter the dedicated server dissapears and shuts off. There are no error messages. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

jay has allready responded and repaired 3.2.3
