Post subject: Bug & Suggestion

I'm new to this forum so HELLO ALL. I am Clan Leader of the >KIK< Clan. We host CSSDM and Dystopia atm. Our website is KIK.HL2X.COM.
First off, nice MOD! Been waititng for something like this to come along for awhile now!
I am using GoreMod in our CSSDM server and have found a bug where players continue to bleed after re-spawning.
I have a suggestion too: Make the skulls team colored.

Ok, found the fixed the problem.
New release scheduled for an hour or so, now with C4 body gibs too !
Why would you want the skulls team coloured ? |

- Fixed crash bug on saving settings.
- Fixed bleeding after death with CSSDM.
- Fixed gore_vercheck not working.
- Added gibbing and blood to people killed by C4 explosion.
- Added new sweet GoreMod graphic to webpage/readme.
- Minor performance increases all round. |

Just a skull merely tells you someone was killed at that spot. If the skulls were team-colored, then you'd also know that someone from a particular team was killed at that spot. For example, you see a green/blue skull you know a CT was killed there. If you see a red-ish skull, you know a T got killed there.

Looks like it's fixed now! Great! Thx!
So, what do you think about the team colored-skull idea. I'm thinking it might not work too well with the Mods current setup with how you can "paint" the skulls red my shooting them. Ud have to turn that off for team-colored skulls.
Another skull idea: what about adding an option where skulls only appear for headshot kills. |

No, I dont think that would be a problem.
I looked into it earlier, and if I set the rendercolour to blue the red blood stains will also be blue.

More like:
gore_skull_gibs 1 // 1 HS only, 2 for all kills.

Right now, skulls appear for all kills, do they not??
I thought id be a nice option to be able to set skulls to only show up for HSs.
EDIT: Nevrmind. I guess skulls ARE only showing up for HSs. It's just that there's always so many of them around, it was hard to tell. |
