hm, infact, you will want to use:
<a id="hsgibs" name="hsgibs"></a>
this will ensure complaince, as well as making sure it works on all browsers/devices.

Screenshots: Grenade Explsions, Extra Gore, HS Gib Examples and Bleeding effects..
