Right now, skulls appear for all kills, do they not??

I thought id be a nice option to be able to set skulls ...

Another skull idea: what about adding an option where skulls only appear for headshot kills.
gore_gib_effects 0
gore_hs_gibs 1 // Head only, 2 for all.

Why would you want the skulls team coloured ?

Just a skull merely tells you someone was killed at that spot. If the skulls were team-colored, then you'd also know that someone from a particular tea ...
