well I tried adding the all the variables in Cvarlist.txt to my autoexec.cfg and restarted the server. I entered in

rcon gore_menu "STEAM_0:1:123456"

and still nothing.

I don't think I do. How do I do that. I'm still somewhat of a newbie at some of this.
