I explain my idea completely...

I suggest to add 3 new variables:

1. gore_health_s 50 (etc. 50%)
Blood sprite every 5-6 seconds.
+ sound effect of player groans (etc: sound/playe ...

to developers...

- If a players health falls below the Server Cvar, they emit blood intermittently + bleeding health ! (etc. 1% per 2 sec) !
